We started Mateshwari Group with a simple idea: a home is only as good as the neighbourhood around it. So instead of selling bare land, we take on a project from the ground up and build it into a complete colony.
At Ganpati Greens on Canal Road, that means RCC roads, underground drainage and sewer lines, a borewell for every villa, CCTV and a gated entry, plus a central park, open gym and an open-air movie theatre. At Sharda Nagar, it means carefully planned east and west facing bungalows. And in Udaipur, we have joined hands with Mundra Realty on The Arc.
